what is bardo dance

Bardo Dance is a program of movement, visualization, dance and meditation that will leave you feeling grounded, energized, and full of joy! It draws on universal traditions of health and empowerment to promote physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Bardo Dance weaves its way through the seven major chakras, inviting the qualities held by each of those energy centers out to play. Bardo Dance embraces a rich mind/body/spirit connection — the Dance is at times poignant, at times lively, and always sensitive to each person's unique expression and need.

Come with an open mind, and you will leave with a happy body and an expansive heart.

"Bardo Dance touches your spirit. It's not just about getting some exercise — it's moving in a way that feels good. If you're feeling sad or a little down or tired, through the movement of Bardo you can tap into a more joyful side, and you walk out feeling better and more energized. You can come in feeling one way, and leave feeling completely differently and uplifted."
